BSS84-7-F Overview
The input capacitance parameter, CI, is defined as the capacitance between the input terminals of an op amp with either input grounded, and this device's maximal input capacitance is 45pF @ 25V.The drain current is the maximum continuous current the device can conduct, and this device has 130mA continuous drain current (ID).When the device is turned off, a turn-off delay time of 18 ns occurs as the input capacitance charges before drain current conduction commences.Turn-on delay time is?the time taken to charge the input capacitance of the device before drain current conduction can start, and its delay time is 10 ns.An FET transistor's gate-source voltage, VGS, indicates how much voltage is applied across the transistor's gate-source terminal and it can range from 20V to 1.In this case, the threshold voltage of the transistor is -800mV, which means that it will not activate any of its functions when its threshold voltage reaches -800mV.To operate this transistor, you need to apply a 50V drain to source voltage (Vdss). This device reduces its overall power consumption by using drive voltage (5V).
