AP4340NTR-G1 Overview
It is acceptable to ship in the direction of Tape & Reel (TR) .It is packaged the power management in TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3 for ease of transportation.Surface Mount is a universal mounting method that is easy to adapt.It targets applications such as PSR Accelerator and others.A temperature setting of -40°C~85°C is recommended to avoid malfunctions.The power management runs on 5V voltage.This power managment ic has 3 pins.A Surface Mount allows mounting on a PCB or other board.This power management ic operates from a voltage of 240μA .The supply current of the power ic should be conducted at 240μA .It is not recommended to maintain a temperature above 85°C .It cannot be used at a temperature below -40°C .
