Using Tape & Reel (TR) as a shipping the power management path is acceptable.In order to facilitate transportation, it is packaged the power management in 36-VFQFN Exposed Pad .For easy adaptation, Surface Mount is a universal mounting method.It targets applications such as Handheld/Mobile Devices and others.To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature of the power management ic should be set to -40°C~85°C .The power management runs on 2.7V~5.5V voltage.Surface Mount can be mounted on PCBs or other boards.
