AP2303MPTR-G1 Overview
There are a total of 1 outputs supported by the voltage regulator. In order to facilitate transportation, alternator regulator is packaged in 8-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) Exposed Pad. Currently available in Tape & Reel (TR) packages for shipping. Volatge output for this voltage controller is 0.6V~2.75V. It has a mounting type of Surface Mount. The shunt regulator is intended for use in applications such as Converter, DDR and others. To ensure proper functioning, the operating temperature should be set to -40°C~85°C. Input voltage for this external regulator is designed to be 1.2V~5.5V. The PCB or other board has a Surface Mount for mounting. There are 8 pins on the power supply regulator. A voltage higher than 1.2Vis required for the input of this alternator regulator. At its maximum, the voltage regulator will produce current 1.75A. The power regulator presents a quiescent current of 500nA. It uses a BUS TERMINATOR SUPPORT CIRCUITIC to interface with the rectifier regulator.
