Using the Tape & Box (TB) package, this voltage regulator optimizes the performance of the voltage regulator 12v. Space-saving 16-SOIC (0.154, 3.90mm Width) packages are available for this harley voltage regulator. There are 2 outputs configured on the voltage regulator. ICs such as this voltage regulator are capable of generating Fixed outputs through their output pins. This switching regulator is designed to fit the Surface Mount mounting system. During switching regulator operation, the operating temperature should remain at -40°C~125°C TJ. There is a switching frequency of 150kHz for this voltage regulator 12v. A dc to dc voltage regulator's minimum input voltage of 4.5V is required for this voltage regulator to operate. There is a adjusting voltage regulator's voltage output (Min/Fixed) of 3.3V. This voltage regulator 12v offers maximum design flexibility with an output current of 3A. Voltage regulator's input voltage can reach 22V.
