SLG7NT4180VTR Overview
A 12-WFDFN Exposed Pad package is included. There is one package included in this package and that is the Tape & Reel (TR) package. A version of Surface Mount is also available. Differential output is fully functional. The communication type is AND/OR Gate logic. At -40°C~85°C, we have extended the operating temperature. The inputs contain the 8 Input (6, 2) axis. The GreenPAK 2™ series includes this, so it belongs there. The power supply used by this device is 3V~3.6V. An additional feature of this part is that it has 12 terminations. Part 3.3V requires a normal voltage of 3.3V. Circuits with 10-basis are used in the design. A 4180 product, it belongs to the 4180 line of products. As a precautionary measure, the maximum voltage should be kept below 3.6V in order to protect the device. It is important for users to be aware that this device requires 3V or higher voltage in order to operate.
