CD4048BM96G4 Overview
This package contains SOIC. In this package, we have included the Tape and Reel package as well. The part includes terminations in the shape of a 16. There is a 16 pin jointed to it. Installing and disassembling the device is made easy with the Surface Mount device design. This is a logic gate 16 solution. Normally, 5V is the voltage needed for this part. It should be noted that this is a Gates for specialiGatesed needs. The device is in the state of quiescence when it has a current of 5μA flowing across it. There are 1 elements incorporated into this design for better logic performance. Total 8 input lines were gathered. Providing power to the device requires at least 3V volts of voltage. Despite its high voltage capability, this device can be powered by voltages as high as 18V. Ideally, this device should not be placed in an environment below -55°C. As a means of enhancing the reliability of this part, it is characteri125°Ced as being capable of working at a temperature of 125°C.
