WM8963ECSN/R Overview
Space-saving reasons have led to it being packaged in a 49-WFBGA, WLCSP package. It is adopted to package in the Cut Tape (CT) way. In the various applications in which this electronic part is used, it is capable of delivering a high level of efficiency as a type of Stereo Audio. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C TA, it is able to operate normally. Integrated ADCs / DACs are available in 2 / 2. The analog circuit receives 1.7V~2V as a supply voltage. It is supplied with a voltage of 1.14V~2V to power the digital circuit. Transmission lines have 49 terminations, which prevent signals from re-emitted. The minimum supply voltage is 1.7V. The maximum supply voltage it can handle is 2V.
