CS42L42-CWZR Overview
As a space saver, it comes in the 49-UFBGA, WLCSP package. As a packaging method, Tape & Reel (TR) is adopted. Due to the fact that this part is of the type Audio, it is capable of delivering high-efficiency performance in a wide range of applications. It employs Surface Mount as its mounting type. When the operating performance is set to -40°C~85°C TA, it is able to operate normally. It features 2 / 2 ADCs / DACs. Supply voltage is 1.2V 1.8V for the analog circuit. Supply voltage is set to 1.2V 1.8V for the digital circuit. The transmission line is terminated with 49 terminations to prevent reflection of signals. The supply voltage is set to 1.2V.
