WM8998ECS/R Overview
As a space saver, it comes in the 117-UFBGA, WLCSP package. Tape & Reel (TR) is the packaging method used. In numerous applications, this electronic part can deliver high-efficiency performance as a type of Audio. A mounting type of Surface Mount is used for this device. A -40°C~85°C operating performance setting allows it to operate normally. In addition, it is equipped with 3 / 7 ADCs and DACs. Supply voltage is 1.7V~1.9V for the analog circuit. Supply voltage is set to 1.7V~3.47V for the digital circuit. 117 terminations prevent signals from reflecting off transmission lines.
