IXD3221A095MR-G Overview
This switching controller fits most application requirements since it is packaged in a SC-74A, SOT-753 package. 1 outputs can be generated with the dc motor controller. PMIC is packaged in a solid enclosure of Tape & Reel (TR). Transistor Driver dc switching's outputs (s) are supported. 2.8V~16V is the operating voltage and supply voltage of the dc control. Suitable for a -40°C~85°C TA dc switcher. There is a switch at 500kHz that can be used with this controller. dc dc regulator is made easier with Surface Mount. Enable, Soft Start is used for efficient switching control in the dcdc regulator. voltage regulator dc to dcs with a 100 % duty cycle are designed to be reliable when powered on and powered off.
