There is a Tape & Reel (TR)-packaging method applied to IC management. For your reference, this PMIC includes a list of SC-74A, SOT-753 functions. There are many benefits that this IC power shares with other Multi-Voltage Supervisor products as well. Power ics operate at 3 supply voltages. The pins of the power management system count 5. A voltage (Vsup) that doesn't fall below 1V as the minimum supply voltage (Vsup) should be applied to this IC power in order to ensure its proper operation. In this PMIC, the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) should not exceed 3.3V volts. In this case, Surface Mount is the recommended mounting type. We recommend setting the supervisors to -40°C~85°C TA degrees. When this power management system is in operation, it produces an output voltage of Push-Pull, Totem Pole.
