AMMP-6530-BLK Overview
The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 5GHz~30GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 8-QFN package.Strip package is used for this RF modulator.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 8 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 8-pin RF module.125°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -55°C.
