On the basis of the frequency 5GHz~30GHz, RF modulator operates.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 8-QFN package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 8 terminations integrated.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 125°C.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -55°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.
