HMC571LC5 Overview
Based on the frequency of 21GHz~25GHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 32-TFQFN Exposed Pad package .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This RF module has 32 terminations for driving and receiving data signals.This is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.A minimum operating temperature of -55°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 125mA.
