RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 862MHz~894MHz.RF ICs with enhanced 4-SMD, No Lead packages are excellent with common characteristics.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.It must be below 95°C when the RF switch IC's system is operating.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
