A frequency of 728MHz~768MHz is used to operate RF modulator.The enhanced 4-SMD, No Lead package makes it an excellent RF IC.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 95°C must be used for operation.There must be at least -55°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
