RF IC with the enhanced 16-WFBGA, WLCSP package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.A Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used to place this RF modulator.It is a 16-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 125°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 120μA.
