HMC992LP5ETR Overview
RF modulator operates at 50MHz~800MHz frequency.The enhanced 32-VFQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.There is a Cut Tape (CT) package for this RF modulator.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 32 terminations integrated.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 32-pin.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 215mA.
