In the 500MHz~3GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 8-SSOP (0.126, 3.20mm Width) package.Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In order to drive and receive signals from data, this RF module has 8 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 8-pin RF module.
