The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 12GHz~18GHz.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.The Cut Tape (CT) package contains this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.Integrated into this RF module are 24 terminations that are used for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.
