HMC538LP4E Overview
In the 6GHz~15GHz frequency range, RF modulator operates.This RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Strip format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.24-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.
