HMC187AMS8 Overview
RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency of 850MHz~2GHz.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.In this RF module, 8 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.It is a 8-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.85°C is the minimum operating RF switch IC's temperature.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
