HMC911LC4B Overview
The frequency of 0Hz~24GHz determines how RF modulator operates.The enhanced 24-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package makes it an excellent RF IC.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.This RF modulator can be placed on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 24 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.It is important that this RF switch IC does not operate at -40°C degrees Celsius at its minimum operating temperature.In order to perform at its best, the RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated at 530mA.
