AD9856ASTZ Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 5MHz~200MHz.Due to the enhanced 48-LQFP package, this RF IC is excellent .Tray package is used to mount this RF modulator.You can place this RF modulator to any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.There are 48 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.48-pin driver chip with enhanced power dissipation.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 530mA in order to deliver its performance.
