HMC856LC5TR Overview
A cost-effective package is used by using Digi-Reel®. By utilizing the 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package, applications do not require additional insulating hardware. Providing reliable performance requires a voltage supply of -2.9V~-3.7V. As the mounting method, the Surface Mount technique is used. There is an operating temperature of -40°C~85°C.
