DS1013M-100 Overview
Cost-effective packaging is achieved by using Tube. Using the 8-DIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package eliminates the need to install additional insulating hardware in the application. The supply voltage of 4.75V~5.25V ensures reliable performance. In order to mount this device, the technique of Through Hole is used. The device is capable of operating at a temperature of 0°C~70°C. As a result, it is configured with 1 taps/steps. It has been found that a number of related parts with the same base part number DS1013 are universally preferred for a variety of applications. Terminals are located at DUAL. As a result, it is equipped with 8 terminations for unique configurations. When operating, a voltage of 5V is provided. As a logic type, it uses SILICON DELAY LINE. Providing it with a minimum supply voltage of 4.75V is acceptable. If the maximum supply voltage is 5.25V, the system should be able to operate. There is a power supply provided in 5V to ensure flexibility of operation. In the family of CMOS, this is an important active component.
