In this RF modulator, the frequency is 2.75GHz~3GHz.Due to the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Cut Tape (CT) package is used for this RF modulator.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control.
