HMC737LP4ETR Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 14.9GHz~15.5GHz.This RF IC features an enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package .In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) format.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.There are 24 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
