ZLNB2013Q16TC Overview
RF IC with the enhanced 16-SSOP (0.154, 3.90mm Width) package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 16 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.Below 80°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.There must be at least -40°C minimum operating temperature for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 9mA in order to deliver its performance.
