HMC188MS8 Overview
A frequency of 1.25GHz~3GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.RF IC benefit from this IC's enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Strip package.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.For driving and receiving signals from data, this RF module has 8 terminations integrated.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 8-pin RF module.A RF switch IC's temperature less than 85°C must be used for operation.It operates with the RF switch IC's minimal operating temperature of -40°C to ensure its reliability.
