HMC6505LC5 Overview
A frequency of 5.5GHz~8.6GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.Due to the enhanced 32-TFCQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .There is a Tray package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.There are 32 terminations in this RF module so that signals can be driven from the data and received.It is a 32-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.Under 85°C, the operating RF switch IC's temperature must be kept below.It must not be less than -40°C degrees Celsius for this RF switch IC to operate properly.
