HMC588LC4BTR Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 8GHz~12.5GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 24-TFQFN Exposed Pad package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.In this RF module, 24 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.
