The RF modulator operates on the basis of the frequency 9.9GHz~11GHz.With the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.The RF modulator is packaged in a Strip package.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, you can install this RF modulator.The RF module has improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated in the range of 78mA.
