HMC576LC3BTR Overview


RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 18GHz~29GHz.RF IC with the enhanced 12-VFQFN Exposed Pad package.This RF modulator is mounted in the Tape & Reel (TR) package.Any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board can be used with this RF modulator.The integrated terminations of this RF module allow it to drive and receive signals from data.An enhanced power dissipation RF module with 12 pins.A RF switch IC's temperature of less than 85°C is required for operation.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.Optimal performance can be achieved by operating the RF modulator's supply current in the 48mA range.
