HMC433TR Overview
RF modulator operates at 0Hz~8GHz frequency.With the enhanced SOT-23-6 package, this RF IC is excellent.In the Tape & Reel (TR) package, this RF modulator is mounted.Ideally, you should place this RF modulator on a Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.RF module has 6 terminations built in for driving or receiving signals from data.It is a 6-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation controls.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -40°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
