HMC444LP4 Product Details

HMC444LP4 Overview

As a result, RF modulator operates on the basis of frequency 9.9GHz~11.2GHz.With the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent.Strip package is used to mount this RF modulator. The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board. This is a 24-pin RF module with enhanced power dissipation control. There must be a RF switch IC's temperature below 85°C during operation. This RF switch IC should not operate at a temperature lower than -40°C.In order for it to function properly, the RF modulator's supply current must be operated at 68mA.
