HMC334LP4 Overview
A frequency of 600MHz~2.7GHz is used to operate RF modulator.Due to the enhanced 24-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .The Strip package contains this RF modulator.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.An enhanced power dissipation control is provided by this 24-pin RF module.Below 85°C is the required RF switch IC's operating temperature.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -40°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.The RF modulator's supply current needs to be operated within the range of 173mA in order to deliver its performance.
