HMC204MS8G Overview
A frequency of 4GHz~8GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 8-TSSOP, 8-MSOP (0.118, 3.00mm Width) package.The RF modulator is packaged in a Strip package.The RF modulator can be mounted on any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board.This integrated circuit has 8 terminations designed for driving and receiving signals from data.8-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.A minimum operating temperature of -40°C should not be reached by this RF switch IC.
