Using the frequency of 700MHz~2.7GHz, RF modulator operates.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced 8-XFBGA, WLCSP package.There is a Tape & Reel (TR) package for this RF modulator.PCB or development board with Surface Mount-type connectors can accommodate this RF modulator.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.This RF switch IC must not be operated at a temperature below -30°C when it is at its minimum operating temperature.
