HMC204 Overview
A frequency of 4GHz~8GHz is used to operate RF modulator.An excellent RF IC thanks to its enhanced Die package.Tray package is used for this RF modulator.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.0-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.It operates with the RF switch IC's maximal operating temperature of 85°C to ensure its reliability.This RF switch IC must be able to operate at a minimum of -55°C degrees Celsius during normal operation.
