HMC679LC3C Overview
RF modulator operates based on the frequency of 0Hz~26GHz.RF IC features an enhanced 16-LFCQFN Exposed Pad package.The package of this RF modulator is Strip.PCBs or development boards with Surface Mount-types can accommodate this RF modulator.In this RF module, 16 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.RF module with enhanced power dissipation control, 16-pin.It is important that the operating RF switch IC's temperature is below 85°C.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -40°C for this RF switch IC.
