In terms of packaging, power management follows the Tape & Reel (TR) model. Please refer to power management for SC-82A, SOT-343 functions. As with other Simple Reset/Power-On Reset products, this IC management also offers a wide range of benefits. Using Surface Mount, IC management is mounted. Taking into account all of the pins, this power management has a total of 4. Pin count of the power management is 4. There should be a minimum voltage supply (Vsup) of 1V for this PMIC. It is recommended that the maximum supply voltage (Vsup) in this IC power be no more than 5.5V volts. Mounting type Surface Mount is recommended. This range of temperature should be set for the supervisors: -40°C~125°C TA. While this power management is operating, it will output Open Drain or Open Collector as the output voltage. It is estimated that the voltage supervisor's supply current is 35μA. You can always use ADM6713, the base supervisor number, to search for similar PMICs of the manufacturer. If you want to work with PMIC chip, you will need to supply PMIC chip with a temperature at least of 60μA. On the supervisor, a total of 1 inputs are monitored as IC management of its monitoring system.
