ADF4106BCPZ Overview
Clock generator is packaged in the way of Tray. The 20-WFQFN Exposed Pad, CSP package includes this clock generator. Under reflowing process, this clock generator ic is able to sustain a maximum temperature of 260. It contains 20 terminations that can be found in frequency synthesizer.
