AD630ADZ Overview
Using the frequency of 0Hz~2MHz, RF modulator operates.This RF IC is excellent due to its enhanced 20-CDIP (0.300, 7.62mm) package.In this package, the RF modulator is mounted in the Tube format.You can place this RF modulator to any Through Hole-type PCB or development board.In this RF module, 20 terminations are integrated for driving and receiving signals from data.20-pin RF module with improved power dissipation control.During operation, the RF switch IC's temperature must be below 85°C.There must not be a minimum operating temperature of -25°C for this RF switch IC.To deliver its performance, the RF modulator's supply current need to be operated at the range of 5mA.
