A frequency of 2.65GHz~3.15GHz is used as the basis for RF modulator operation.Due to the enhanced 56-VFQFN Exposed Pad package, this RF IC is excellent .Tape & Reel (TR) package is used for this RF modulator.On any Surface Mount-type PCB or development board, this RF modulator can be placed.
