AOZ6274QI Overview
Presented in 16-WFQFN Exposed Pad, this electrical component is convenient for overseas shipping. Advanced packaging method Tape & Reel (TR) is used to provide high reliability. Multiplexers like this are mounted in the Surface Mount position. 2:2 is the ratio between multiplexers and demultiplexers. The operating temperature is extended to around -40°C~85°C TA. Unlike digital switches, these are based on DPDT switching circuits. It consists of 2 circuits. There is 400mOhm internal resistance in this digital multiplexer. A voltage of 1.65V~4.3V is required for this switch device, which drains from a single voltage source. During operation, the multiplexer should not be exposed to a temperature above 85°C. Suppliers offer a package with 16-QFN (3x3).
