AP1023AEN Overview
Tape & Reel (TR) is used to package H bridge.As a cost-saving measure, H bridge is included in the 24-WFQFN Exposed Pad package.Reliabilbridge drivery can be improved by increasing 2.7V~5.5V's supply voltage.Surface Mount is mounted on H bridge circuit.-40°C~150°C TJ is able to function normally at motor driver H bridges operating temperature.There are a variety of applications for H bridge motor driver, including General Purpose, Stepper Motors.
