IRSM808-105MHTR Overview
In this package, Tape & Reel (TR) is used.In order to save costs, H bridge is included in the 31-PowerVQFN package.Bridge driver is possible to ensure improved reliabilbridge drivery by varying the supply voltage of 13.5V~16.5V.H bridge circuit is mounted in the way of Surface Mount.Motor driver H bridge works normally at 150°C TJ's operating temperature.AC Motors is pretty useful in a variety of applications.Among full bridges specific characteristics is Bootstrap Circuit.Transmission lines are terminated with 32 terminations with the H bridge that matches their characteristic impedance.There is a voltage supply of 15V that is used to operate H bridge circuit.As its analog IC type, H bridge circuit has been incorporated with AC MOTOR CONTROLLER.A H-bridge belonging to the µIPM™ series, it is an electronic H-bridge.The electric power supplied by 15V is used to power the electrical load.
