PDU-V110Q Overview
In order to protect these photodiodes from damage, they are packaged in the Bulk. For safety reasons, the photodiodes are packaged in 2-DIP Module packages. When operating in reverse bias mode continuously, the photodiodes can withstand 75V voltage. Under reverse-bias mode, the voltage of the photodiodes should not exceed 75V. The photodiode operates at 200pA current even in the absence of light input.
